Hydro-Vipers are the denizens of the dark, dank, cold, murky waters surrounding Cobra Island. Where EELs are the Cobra equivalent of Navy SEALS, Hydro-Vipers are more like an invasive species. Genetically altered to survive underwater with little gear.

This figure is based on the amazing work of Rascalscustoms. He came in second place in a contest I held several years ago and I was able to get the original figure in a trade. I always wanted a squad of these so this is my version.
