Entire body: Nemesis Enforcer 87
Upper Legs: CORPS!

My first custom, I spent some time working with Nemesis Enforcer, attempting to make him as imposing as he was meant to be.

Mostly a repaint, the upper legs of my version broken, so i used come Corps! legs instead. The wings are from a miscelleaneous Batman toy that I found at a garage sale.
