This character was done as a part of a GI Joe/Simpsons crossover project I did utilizing every head offered by LEGO in Series 1 of the Simpsons.

Bart decided to join the Joe team only after he saw Homer and Marge headed for the Cobra recruitment tent. Once he was accepted, he gravitated towards ninja training and did surprisingly well. It took some convincing, but eventually he talked the top brass into letting him ride a skateboard on missions. The only problem was, he then stole a suit from Snake Eyes and they never saw him again.
