When the government took Stark into custody a long programmed contingency plan went into effect. Around the world men and women unknowingly selected by Tony Stark were sent packets via the internet which gave them very specific instructions which if followed to the letter would lead them to Stark Armors designed specifically for them which would help them survive the coming apocalypse.

Version IV is one such armor. Heavily armed and capable of destroying small and medium hordes unaided. It is found in the open wastes of the midwest.
