Urban operations require a different driving skill set then any other. To lead the Alley Viper APCs into combat the Alley Viper corps turns to the H.I.S.S. tank drivers of the Cobra legions.

Those chosen must survive the intense training of the Alley Viper school and show their driving prowess by partaking in a high speed police chase and eluding the police.
