I wanted a Major Bludd that was up to date, but was really reminiscent of his original figure. This was custom was not a big undertaking in way of parts replacement. I gave Major Bludd a total repaint of his uniform, added articulation to his elbow on the bionic arm, gave him a holster for his rocket pistol, changed his helmet, and cut/glued his dog tags to make them sit more naturally under his collar.
