So for those of you that have been reading these bios might have noticed, most of my customs for the Kansas City Joe Con have been characters I really like. Blow Torch is no exception. He didn't get a lot of characterization from the toons or comics, but for some reason the figure really spoke to me as a child. So he's always been a favorite. He had some hot glue flame effects for the dio, sadly those have not survived storage.
