Major Bludd is a very well know character in the Joeverse. Loved by thousands, hated by a few.

I based this design and the New Sculpt one on Commando's villain named Bennet, which in the movie sported a similar outfit. Low_light v3 torso was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. It is incredible the variety the ARAH line has.

Only thing that bothered me was his right arm. Should I try one "armored"? I decided to not since it would break the design.
