A former Lampreys, Monsoon was one of the demoted soldiers that took exception to being sent back to the trooper level. Monsoon quickly volunteered for the new Python Patrol. He was given a new uniform and equipment by Alexander McCullen. His new teammates quickly accepted him and are glad to have a naval expert with them. With the salvaged craft he claims as his own, he has fitted it with new arms provided by MARS and if all goes as planned, he and the rest of The Python Patrol will lead the takeover of Springfield Island by Destro.
