Dice came to the attention of Cobra after being expelled from every Martial Arts Academy in Southern California and banned from competitions, all of them. He was deemed too dangerous and too aggressive.

He was perfect for Cobra. When he's not on covert ops he trains other Cobra Operators in martial arts. While Big Boa trains them in Boxing, Dice trains them in pressure points, choke holds, eye gouging, fighting dirty, and killing.
