So way back when, everyone decided they loved Chinese Major Bludd. I had passed on a couple for under 10 bucks thinking I would scoop him up whenever. Well it seems once there was demand for him the figures quickly jumped up to twenty bucks or more, and I never got around to getting one. So I made this custom. He's basically the same, just some gear added and a bit of camo to his pants. I wanted him to look like he could be working in Eastern Europe somewhere.
