Cobra Nightwatch officer

Many Cobra Officers being trained in multiple fields bring that training to use as field Officers. This particular Officer most likely used to be a Frag Viper or something similar. He is often seen with an RPG and usually carries a variety of heavy ordinance and high explosives. His origins are unknown, but he appears to be quite comfortable speaking with locals in their own language.

He is trained in desert warfare and survival on top of any other Cobra training he has received.
