Gen. Mayhem is Cobra's Viper Commander, he oversees all operations, either directly or indirectly, when Vipers are deployed. He's stern disciplinarian when it comes to failure, but also rewards valiant performances from his troops. While Viper's may be faceless, nameless cannon fodder to your average Joe, to Gen. Mayhem, each Viper has a name, a face, and a story to tell. He takes time to get to know his troops, and find out what motivates them. He then uses this information to manipulate them into being the hardcore highly trained soldier Cobra needs to win the war.

When this custom fell together, I was originally working on a Voltar custom using some different parts. The Voltar custom has since been on the back burner as I worked to finish this guy instead. I've decided to incorporate him into my Battle Rangers Subset, with the Hydro-Viper arm being used as a nod to Hasbro's planned Mindbender figure. He serves as the main antagonist to my Battle Ranger team.
