Jesse Kwinn Jr. is the son of Kwinn, the occasional ally or enemy of the G.I. Joe team.

He grew up in an Inuit village in Russia, where he learned to hunt and track. Even though his father was killed by Cobra, Ghost Bear joined their organization.

He holds an immense animosity towards the G.I. Joe team. And Snake-Eyes, in particular.
