Captain William Buck Rogers is a member of Battle Force 2000. He is a pilot with his degree in aeronautical engineering. His motto "Don't build what you won't fly!" He designed and built one of the first high speed, long range space combat ships. A freak accident left him suspended in ice in space for 500 years, where he awoke to a world ruled by Cobra. The future Joe Liberation had the technology to send him back and pull him forward using his Star Fighter although upon each return has no recollection of his actions in the future.
