Major Bludd is a mercenary who generally works for Cobra. His real name is Sebastian Bludd. Born in Sydney, Australia, he served in the Australian Special Air Service Regiment and French Foreign Legion before working for Cobra. He is wanted for crimes on several different continents. He lost his right hand and left eye in battle and has a cybernetic arm. He typically wears the dog tags of his victims.
