After the experience in Gotham, I had Mainframe run a keyword search through old reports. He still has a lot of data to crunch, but he found reference to another costumed vigilante. This one is in Star City.

This character apparently has some Robin Hood fetish . . . Dresses in green and uses a bow and arrow. This has earned him the moniker: "Green Arrow."

It is unclear if he has any ties to the "Batman," but he has been witnessed in the company of the "Black Canary."
