Though he may not look very much changed from the 25th Zartan 2.0, he has had quite a bit of work done to him including a head change and hood repaint, grinding and sanding of the shoulders to make his armor sit lower, and I added a holster for his pistol from the belt of a Rise of Cobra Elite Viper. Though not pictured, I later cut the hands from his gloves and added the modern hands with hinge and swivel articulation
