Nobody knows who this guy is, what he looks like or even what his name is. No one has ever heard him speak. The only people that have ever seen him work...didn't live long to tell about it. His only trademark...he carries two of the same weapon at all times.
It is rumored that he has infiltrated NORAD, Strategic Air Command and even the GI Joe headquarters, The Pit.
His armor is a marvel of Destro's M.A.R.S. Corporation. Thought to contain systems to bend radar, dampened infra-red signatures & an unknown system that interferes with digital photography. It also appears to be highly impact resistant, as no bullet has penetrated his armor.
