This has been on my to do list for a long time, but when Joe Universe said they were doing a Customs Monsters Halloween contest I figured it was the perfect time.

Raptor died in the land locked freighter on Cobra Island years ago. Crystal Ball decided to resurrect is old ally as his personal zombie slave.

To be honest, as stupid as Raptor is, this was the only way I could see him in my Joe-verse.
