Cobra thought it was a marvelous idea to pit his pet anaconda against the toughest bounty hunter / fighters in the world. The warrior who will be triumphant over the deadly anaconda will not only be hailed as supreme champion of Cobra's Arena of Sport but will also win huge amount of money. Among the 86 fighters who enlisted, only 24 remained and the rest quit after knowing that they will fight an enormous snake. Among the 24 fighters was Klaus Jaeger. Klaus Jaeger is not huge in size but has been hunting and killing snakes in all sizes since he was a young adult. The contest began, and sooner than expected, it was Klaus's turn to jump into the snake pit and face the anaconda. The anaconda is almost as huge as a bus, but Klaus fought valiantly. Klaus thought he had weakened the snake, and when he was about to strike the final blow, the anaconda suddenly swallowed his right arm. Klaus Struggled but the snake's mouth is still wrapped around his hand, so he cut his own hand to break free from the from the snake's bite. Then he stabbed the creature with a spear which went through its head.

Klaus Jaeger was victorious. He became famous and filthy rich. Klaus accepted Cobra's offer to work for them. Cobra gave him a cybernetic right hand and leadership of Cobra Swamp Vipers. Now he hunts and kills not only nasty swamp snakes but also enemies of Cobra in the swamp lands.
