Cameron Mahkent is the newest Icicle. He feels The Rogues had become weak and he's now tired of losing battles against The Flash so he went solo. Stealing from banks is what he does to get by. He attracted the attention of a Crimson Guards disguised as bank manager. Icicle was asked if he wanted to join Cobra. Icicle accepted the offer. Cobra assigned Icicle to steal a biological weapon in a secret government lab.

Meanwhile, in another universe, the superhero Invincible was testing a teleportation device and was accidentally teleported to another universe, the universe where Cobra and Icicle lives.

Icicle was able to steal the weapon, leaving the facility in cold ice. But at that moment when Icicle is on his way out of the facility, Invincible appeared. It didn't take a scientist to deduct what Icicle had done so as a hero he always is, Invincible stopped Icicle from escaping and knocked him out, leaving him unconscious as the police arrived. But before the police could thank Invincible, Invincible suddenly vanishes out of sight.
